One of the most important decisions an executive committee will have to make is to change the strata manager. This procedure is not as difficult or complicated as you may believe. If you're ready to make a change, all the executive committee needs to do is make a few easy choices and instructions.
There is no need to hold off on voting for a new strata manager and terminating the services of your current one until the annual meeting. The executive committee has the option of calling a special meeting to decide on these topics. A special meeting can be called at any time throughout the year. You simply need to give the owners enough notice so that they can attend the meeting.

- Organise the meeting and agenda to affect change.
- Attend your meeting so that we can answer any questions that arise and assist in the process.
- Liaise directly with the exiting strata manager and obtain the necessary documentation and physical items such as strata plan seals and keys.
- Have mechanisms in place that will smoothly import the info, causing little to no interruption in the management of your strata plan.
- Communicate the status of the process to the executive committee and owners at each level.
